Class prices & Payment options
Single Class Price: Per Person.
• *£9.75 – per session paid by cash, card machine, remote payment link or bank transfer.
Booking is essential. Or Text message before class to check places are available.
• Places are not guaranteed until payment is received.
• In the event there are no places at the time of enquiry, there will be a waiting list where you will be notified as soon as a place becomes available.
• Cancellations; At least 2 hours prior notice to your class must be given to reschedule a pre-paid booking, and must be within the same calendar month, *subject to availability.
• There are NO carry over’s to the following calendar month.
• Refunds are not available.
• If you are unable to attend your class please notify Kirsty as soon as possible.
Flexible monthly block bookings: Per Person
• *£35 – for block booking 4 x classes within a calendar month. Additional classes are charged at £8.75.
• All block bookings must be paid in full, in advance of the classes by cash, card machine, remote payment link or bank transfer to secure your place.
• Bookings are taken on a calendar month basis.
• Places are not guaranteed until payment is received.
• There are NO carry over’s to the following calendar month.
• Refunds are not available.
• Cancellations; At least 2 hours prior notice to your class must be given to reschedule a pre-paid booking, and must be within the same calendar month, *subject to availability.
• If you are unable to attend any of your classes please notify Kirsty as soon as possible.
Subscriptions: Per Person. *Guarantee your place!
• *£28.50 – per month. Additional classes charged at £7.75
• The subscription payment option is 12 monthly payments of £28.50, which is a prorated payment over 1 year for a designated class. (Choose from the timetable)
• A Subscription Agreement form must be signed for this payment option.
• The agreement provides 44 sessions per year, which is spread out across the year giving an average of 4 sessions per month, except when there is a holiday.
• The total amount payable over 1 year is £342. Divided by 44 = £7.77 per class.
• There are 3 subscription intakes per year – January, May & September.
• In the event that less than the scheduled designated amount of classes are available in any particular month, due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury or other reason for the absence of Kirsty, you will be notified and given priority choice to select an alternative session to attend, *must be used within a 4 month period.
• You will automatically be booked in each month to your designated class.
• Cancellations; At least 2 hours prior notice to your class must be given to reschedule if you cannot attend your usual designated class, you may attend another class, preferably within the same calendar month, *subject to availability.
• If you are unable to attend any of your classes please notify Kirsty as soon as possible.
• Refunds are not available.
