Pilates Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy


PAY AS YOU GO & MONTHLY BLOCKS: £8 per session

1: All bookings must be paid in full in advance of the class/classes.
(Payments can be made in cash, by card payment (*card reader available for chip & pin, contactless & Applepay in class) or by instant electronic transfer – by arrangement.)

2.Bookings are taken on a calendar month basis.

3: Places are not guaranteed until payment is received. All classes operate on a first come first served basis.

4: Refunds will not be given.

5.Rescheduling must be within the same month pending availability in other classes. No rollovers.

6.48hrs notice must be given for rescheduling.

CLASS SUBSCRIPTION: £26 (£6.50 per session)

*Priority places. If you know you can commit to a specific class & wish to secure an ongoing place, you can set up a subscription. You will automatically be booked in each month for your specified class.

*The subscription will qualify you for a discounted fee of £6.50 per session and must be paid by a monthly standing order on the 12th of each month, which is **an advance payment for the following calendar month**

*The arrangement is set for an average of 4 x sessions per month for each class

*Sessions will not be carried over to the following month if classes are missed.

*Payment holidays are not permitted

*Sessions can not be allocated to other persons if you do not attend.

*The subscription is for a specified class (see timetable) and cannot be transferred to other classes if you are unable to attend your specified class.

*There is no contract, however one months notice will be appreciated if you wish to cancel your standing order arrangement.

*If you are unable to attend any of your classes please notify Kirsty as soon as possible.

*In the event that fewer than 4 x sessions will be available in one month, without there being 5 x sessions available in the preceding or following month, you will be notified, it will then be your responsibility to alter your subscription amount for that month and reset it back to the original amount, as no refunds will be given and the fee is not transferable to other dates or persons.
